Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Xenius Labs (“we”, “us”) for the RoomTweak mobile app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using the App

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

3. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you use and the designs you create. Only use photos you have the right to use. When you use an AI tool, you give us a limited permission to process that photo solely to produce your result. We do not keep it afterwards and do not use it to train AI models.

You agree not to use the App to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts others without their consent.

4. AI results are previews

RoomTweak creates visual approximations. Colors, materials, lighting, scale and furniture placement may not match real life, and AI results may contain errors. The App is for inspiration and does not provide professional design, construction or measurement advice. Check colors with physical samples and measurements before buying or building.

5. Credits

What credits are. Credits let you use RoomTweak’s AI tools. The App shows each tool’s cost in credits before you use it. Credits are a license to use these features. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and work only in RoomTweak.

Getting credits. You can buy credit packs in the App through the App Store or Google Play. Each pack shows its price in your currency before you buy. New accounts receive free credits, once per account and once per device. We may also add free credits, for example for support.

Expiry. Bought credits expire 12 months after purchase. Free credits expire 6 months after you receive them. When you use a tool, the credits that expire soonest are used first. The App shows when your next credits expire.

Failed jobs. If an AI tool fails to finish, its credits return to your balance with their original expiry date. If a Clear the room result isn’t right, your first retry on the same photo within 30 minutes is free.

Refunds. Purchases are refunded through the App Store or Google Play under their policies. If you live in the EU or UK, you can cancel an unused pack within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — request it through the store or by emailing support@xeniuslabs.com. When a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed from your balance.

Changes. We won’t shorten the expiry of credits you already have. If we change credit prices or tool costs, the App shows the new cost before you use a tool.

Account deletion. Deleting your account deletes your credits. Contact us first if you want a refund of unused credits bought in the last 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: don’t reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), interfere with our servers, bypass credit limits, create accounts to obtain free credits repeatedly, or use automated means to access our services.

7. Our intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, furniture artwork and branding, belongs to Xenius Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. If we discontinue AI tools entirely, we will refund unused bought credits as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xenius Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on App previews. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Xenius Labs only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• Xenius Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual-property claims.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to US embargo or listed on a US prohibited-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to your use of Google Play.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xenius Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
