Delete your account

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open RoomTweak and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@xeniuslabs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “RoomTweak account deletion request”. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address and account
• Your sign-in sessions
• Your credit balance, including any unused credits

What may be kept

• Records of purchases and refunds, which we must keep for tax and accounting purposes for the period required by law.
• Short-lived server logs, which are deleted on their normal schedule.

Projects on your device

Your room projects are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. Delete them inside the app, or uninstall RoomTweak to remove them all.

Unused credits

Deleting your account removes your credits. If you live in the EU or UK and bought a pack in the last 14 days that you haven’t used, contact us before deleting your account to request a refund. Store purchases can also be refunded through Apple or Google under their policies.
