Tap New room, then take a photo or choose one from your library. Name the project and you’re in the editor. Shots taken straight-on in good daylight give the best results.

On your device. Changes save automatically about a second after you stop editing. Projects are not backed up to our servers, so uninstalling the app removes them.

Use the undo and redo buttons in the editor. RoomTweak keeps a history of your edits for each project.

AI tools run on our servers and use credits, so they’re tied to an account. Sign-in uses your email and a one-time code — no password.

No. If a tool fails to finish, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If a Clear the room result isn’t right, your first retry on the same photo within 30 minutes is free.

Bought credits expire 12 months after purchase, and free credits after 6 months. The app shows when your next credits expire, and uses the soonest-expiring ones first.

Purchases are refunded through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (your order history). In the EU or UK you can also ask us to refund an unused pack within 14 days. See the Terms.

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address is correct. Codes expire after a short time — request a new one if needed.

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion by email.

Projects stay on your device. Photos sent to AI tools are processed and not kept. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
